KitznKatz Bengals is a small family operated cattery located in the California foothills on a small acreage lot in the country. Our cattery at present houses our adult Bengals in the cleanest of environments! Our cattery is one of the very few that has been Vet inspected and has passed with flying colors. All KitznKatz Bengal adults have been tested for Feline Leukemia (FelV), Feline Immune Virus (FIV) and Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). Absolutely disease free! This offers some peace of mind to the purchaser of any KitznKatz Bengal. You can be sure that your kitten is healthy and free from disease.

Each Bengal adult has access to an indoor area and an outdoor run. The indoor rooms have carpeted areas for the Bengals comfort and pleasure! The outdoor area is protected from other animals and the weather. You are encouraged to visit and see for yourself.

We offer loving, purring Bengals in all types; Classic, Snow and Marbled varieties from winning Bengal lines specializing in wild look.

The KitznKatz Breeding goal is to replicate the Asian Leopard Cat's appearance by using only chosen parents. KitznKatz is known for it's very "wild" type.

Our kittens are of the utmost importance and therefore socializing is a pleasure we take great pride in. Many times we lose sleep because they wont move over.

KitznKatz has served as a board member of The International Bengal Cat Society, is currently a member of The International Cat Associations Feline Welfare Committee (TICA), having served already for approximately 12 years, was also voted onto TICA's Bengal Breed Committee for two terms and served on that committee for a full eight years. Now KitznKatz is very active in The International Bengal Cat Connection , the fastest growing Bengal connection in the Bengal cat community. For anyone seeking information on the breed, and a friendly place to learn more about the Bengal cat, we recommend you get involved there! KitznKatz ships internationally being proud to be one of the first to import Bengals to Australia and having been visited here in California by a member of the Australian FCC. We are also pleased to have started the first breeding program of Bengals in Peru and Saudi Arabia.

Brigitte McMinn of KitznKatz has had several articles regarding Bengals and feline health issues published. She also co-produced one of the best books on breeding available to all breeders The Cat Breeders Handbook . This book was supported by CFA, TICA, numerous breeders, veterinarians and world renowned photographer Helmi Flick! The book is an excellent resource for anyone considering breeding!
